can help your child transition from day lighting to a tranquil
night lighting and winding down. Of course,
your child’s favorite video character or pet
next to your child can encourage the little one 
to relax and settle down in one spot. Have your
child read to you, to his favorite character, 
or to his furry pet! Perhaps you read a line,
then your child reads a line. Allow your child to pick out what he would like to read!
